It's worth about $300k based on other nearby property valuations. The D&D connection doesn't add millions to the valuation. The collection of gaming material is maybe worth $10k-15k-ish (based on the opinion of prominent collectors whom I trust more than infamous liar Justin LaNasa). If somebody pays millions for this, they've been hoodwinked.

Because the Saga of TSR3 has been ongoing for a while, with many landmarks, I thought I'd do a quick timeline for those who haven't had the time (or, frankly, inclination) to keep up with the whole palaver. As multiple entities refer to themselves as TSR, I will use the nomenclature (1), (2)...

The price is simply ridiculous. IIRC, a nearby gas station (a property with better retail income prospects, more desirable location, and significantly more capital equipment included) was only priced around $2M. I (and many others) are assuming the high asking price was only for negotiation purposes during the lawsuits.
